Moscow Branch of International Bank of Saint-Petersburg opened two revolving credit facilities for one of the largest construction companies of Moscow, Mospromostroy. Total limit of credit facilities amounted to RUB 1.5 bln. The funding is aimed to finance the working capital of the enterprise and is designed for 2 years with tranches for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.
Mospromostroy is one of the leaders of Russian construction market. Work geography of Mospromostroy is not limited by bounds of Moscow. The company is actively developing regional projects for industrial applications, social sphere, and housing. Mospromostroy has built dozens of cultural objects significant for the country: construction of the Memorial of Victory on Poklonnaya Hill, construction of the new stage of the Bolshoi Theatre, reconstruction of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, reconstruction of the Moscow Operetta Theatre, the Stanislavski and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theatre, buildings of the Kremlin of Moscow, the State Historical Museum, the State Pushkin Museum, the Maly Theatre, the Moscow Zoo, a wide range of monuments of architecture in the centre of the capital city.
